Tanks and vessels of all shapes and sizes often require tailored cleaning solutions. In close collaboration with our customers, we develop solutions to ensure that vessels and tanks are cleaned optimally and that the quality standards in your production process remain unchanged.
Cleaning of smaller and medium-sized containers
For smaller and medium-sized tanks, the AQUAMAT tank cleaning device is positioned centrally and driven and rotated by the recoil of the water jets. The rotation speed is adjusted and kept constant by a maintenance-free eddy current brake.
Cleaning large containers
The drive of the AQUAMAT Select is generated by a second, recoil-driven nozzle arm. For its permanent rotation, different nozzle diameters are used depending on the operating pressure. This allows the cleaning time or the cleaning performance to be optimized. Further variants for adaptation to the cleaning situation (floor, ceiling) are possible.
