Telescopic lance system

Telescopic lance system

The lance is attached onto a manhole. It can be manually rotated, swiveled, retracted and extended. The lance is extended using its own weight.

The lance is positioned over the manhole using the chassis. The lance can be manually rotated, swiveled and extended.

Protected against explosions

Twin lance system

Twin lance system

The entire cleaning device is powered solely by high-pressure water and oil-free compressed air.

(Alternatively, with chain drive for strokes greater than 4,5 m)

Gas-tight lance system

Gas-tight lance system

Four-stage telescopic lance driven by high-pressure water. The cleaning device is controlled and monitored by a freely programmable PLC unit.

Reel system with jib

Reel system with jib

Electrically driven hose reel. Can be manually rotated and swiveled on the flange. Available with various jib arms.

Gas-tight reel system

Gas-tight reel system

Operation of the cleaning device is controlled by a freely programmable controller with frequency converter for the reel motor.

Swiveling telescopic cylinder

Swiveling telescopic cylinder

The four-stage telescopic cylinder can be rotated up to 180 degrees, swiveled to a maximum of 90 degrees and extended up to 4 meters.

Cleaning device for large vessels

Cleaning device for large vessels

The system is designed for cleaning vessels up to 20 m in diameter. It is fixed in position in the vessel by a spreader device. The cleaning heads are positioned hydraulically by telescopic arm onto the surface to be cleaned.
