SPIDERJET® surface preparation devices

SPIDERJET® surface preparation devices

Whether cleaning, paint stripping or decoating large steel structures, such as ships, tanks or vessels - the SPIDERJET® surface preparation equipment delivers fast and clean results and, thanks to compact variants, can be maneuvered through even the narrowest area. Minimal set-up times ensure rapid deployment, and the use of high-pressure water without additives or chemicals protects the environment. The high area output and semi-automatic operation reduce working time and costs while increasing work safety.

Overview SPIDERJET® models

SPIDERJET® M

The SPIDERJET® M is attached to the work surface by permanent magnets and an additional vacuum system that can also suction off the removed waste material and wastewater.

SPIDERJET® M Edge

The SPIDERJET® M Edge is attached to the work surface with permanent magnets and, thanks to its small build, is ideal for cleaning particularly close to the edge of the coated area. The vacuum system immediately retrieves all waste water and removed solids and allows for further processing.

SPIDERJET® M Compact

With its particularly narrow design and sophisticated concept, the SPIDERJET® M Compact offers unimagined advantages. It is powerful and offers a very constant removal pattern across the entire working width of 225 mm - even for the narrowest surfaces.

SPIDERJET® V

The SPIDERJET® V is held on the work surface by a vacuum. At the same time, this vacuum also suctions off the removed waste material and wastewater.

AQUABLAST® Plus cleaning and vacuuming system

In combination with the direct, integrated AQUABLAST® Plus vacuum system, SPIDERJET® devices ensure environmentally friendly derusting, plus the removal of old surface coatings and accumulated waste and wastewater.

The specially developed nozzle layout ensures that the high-pressure water is distributed evenly across the entire working width

Hydraulic drive for constant speeds, infinitely variable from 100 to 2500 rpm

Oil and water kept completely separate – contamination of the hydraulic oil as a result of significant pressure losses not possible

Cleaning and vacuuming integrated in a single system
