We are presenting the latest technical development for maximum safety when working manually with high-pressure blasting guns for the first time at Bauma. A development that we describe as a revolution in safety. The latest generation of high-pressure spray guns feature the xPro safety module. This continuously monitors the working movements during use. With the xPro, the company has succeeded in developing a system that significantly increases work safety without affecting performance or comfort. Inconsistencies or unusual outliers, such as those that occur when the user trips or falls, are detected and the system is depressurized immediately. This prevents the risk of injury from the high-pressure jet of up to 3000 bar. Once the situation has been rectified, work can be resumed without further ado. All the operator has to do is pull the trigger as usual. It is not necessary to restart the pump. It is our self-defined goal to continuously develop the intelligent properties and protective functions of water jetting tools and units and thus drive progress and safety in everyday construction site work. The use of manually operated high-pressure spray guns always harbors risks, but due to the changing challenges of everyday construction site work, it cannot be fundamentally prevented. By using a spray gun with xPro, however, the risks can be reduced to a minimum without much effort.

High-pressure pumps play a central role when working with high-pressure water. They have to show their strength in numerous areas of application. Our customer's requirements are correspondingly diverse: stable high-pressure supply, low-maintenance robustness, long service life and high energy efficiency are just some of the attributes that all Hammelmann plunger pumps have in common. At bauma, we will be presenting the HDP 474, a pump model of the latest generation that comprehensively fulfills all criteria. When high pressure or delivery volumes are required, the high-pressure pump impresses with its features - operating pressures of up to 3,200 bar, delivery volumes of up to 1,497 l/min. Seven plungers and a multi-speed gearbox ensure maximum efficiency and adaptability to a wide range of operating conditions. The HDP 474 combines intelligent, proven design and high-quality components to ensure maximum running smoothness, low wear and high operational reliability.

The AQUAJET® 140 series is coming to Munich with a mobile version. Compactly installed in a soundproof, roadworthy trailer, the diesel unit reliably provides the necessary high pressure in numerous applications, almost anywhere. At its heart is an HDP 140 plunger pump, driven by a diesel engine. The 3-piston high-pressure pump with 140 kW output achieves operating pressures of up to 3,200 bar, depending on the version. The high-quality components and functional design are decisive for long operating times, reliable performance and low service requirements in demanding construction site applications.The unit also impresses across the board in terms of efficiency - 95 percent of the shaft power is converted into hydraulic energy. In combination with the intelligent water tools from Hammelmann, which make optimum use of the pump output, this saves energy and resources in an unbeatable way and achieves effective work results. The ES 4 control unit simplifies operation of the AQUAJET® 140 and provides all relevant performance parameters for ongoing operation. The splash-protected touch display and the practical keypad are designed for harsh conditions. The machine settings can be intuitively adjusted to optimally support work processes and ensure safety when using high-pressure water. This increases efficiency and leads to noticeable time and cost savings.

With a broad portfolio of high-pressure spray guns, we offer the right solutions for different challenges and individual preferences for working with high-pressure water. You can choose between mechanical, electric and bypass-controlled versions, as well as versions designed for two-handed operation. The decision for the ideal water tool influences both the working speed and the quality of the results. The design and ease of use are decisive factors in guiding the water jet precisely and working with maximum water pressure without fatigue and concentration. Adjustable shoulder rests, simple leverage effects, ergonomic handles and hose guides ensure maximum comfort and reduce physical strain. Different nozzles, swivel connections, radio remote controls, foot valves and work aids complete the equipment for even greater safety and productivity.

With numerous configuration and setting options, MASTERJET rotor jets prove to be true all-rounders in everyday construction site work - from chemical-free removal of graffiti to effective exposure of steel reinforcements when working on concrete surfaces. Different design variants, nozzles and adjustable speeds ensure optimum work results and maximum efficiency. The MASTERJET makes it possible to work with operating pressures of up to 3,200 bar. With its low weight (~ 1 kg), compact design and low-vibration operation, it offers maximum ergonomics. The optimum flow control within the rotor jet utilizes the entire pump capacity and thus ensures maximum energy efficiency. High-quality components and the patented "High Performance Sealing" sealing technology are not only designed for heavy-duty use, but also guarantee a long service life and low wear.
