Increasing demands require more than standard solutions. Rely on technology that can do more: thanks to its automatic 5-speed transmission, the latest generations of diesel units in the HDP 470 and HDP 500 series flexibly adapt their power to virtually any waterjet application—from tank and pipe cleaning to use with hand-held high-pressure spray guns. This takes efficiency and versatility to a new level and saves up to 54 l/h of fuel, depending on the application.
In everyday use, conditions are constantly changing: surfaces vary, requirements differ, and tools are adapted. This is exactly where the intelligent diesel power units, equipped with robust industrial engines, demonstrate their strengths. They always operate within the optimal range and automatically adjust pressure and water flow without the need for reconfiguration and without wasting time.
The flow rate can be precisely adjusted to suit the application, to meet virtually all performance requirements.

- Thermally insulated spiral silencer for noise reduction of 32 dB(A), with exhaust pipe and rain cap, particulate filter, or AdBlue
- User-friendly ES 4 control system with digital display and monitoring function for the diesel engine and high-pressure pump
Pneumatic system with a compressor flanged to the diesel engine, air tank, and pressure relief valve
- Pneumatic pressure-regulating or bypass valve, overflow line, and safety device with rupture disc
- Suction-side installation with a pressure-boosting pump and stainless steel water filter
