Groundbreaking for new service center: Investment in customer proximity and future viability

Construction Begins June 24, 2026 – Completion Scheduled for Q1 2027

With the official start of construction on June 24, 2026, we are sending a clear signal for growth, customer proximity, and the long-term strengthening of our service capabilities. Over the coming months, a new, modern service center will be built in Heroldstatt, in the south of Germany, sustainably expanding capacity for the region and beyond.

Covering a total area of approximately 600 square meters, the facility will comprise an office and training building, a service workshop, and a modern testing area. The new building creates optimal conditions for efficient workflows, technical services, and the ongoing training of both employees and customers.

Blautal GmbH, based in Blaubeuren, is handling the turnkey realization of the project. Particular emphasis is being placed on collaboration with regional tradespeople and suppliers; by involving local companies, a significant portion of the value creation remains within the region.

The new site is being planned according to modern, sustainable standards. Ergonomically designed workstations ensure an attractive working environment, while on-site power generation makes a significant contribution to energy efficiency and sustainability.

This investment will allow us to significantly expand our service capacities and provide even faster, more direct support to our customers in the future. Shorter response times, greater service availability, and a stronger regional presence will further enhance our service quality. Completion and occupancy of the new service center are scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2027. With this new facility, we are laying the foundation for future growth and underscoring our commitment to remaining a high-performing, reliable partner for our customers.
