Our product solutions
-
Aquamat® tank cleaning units remove deposits and incrustations from the inner and outer walls of tanks and tank installations at operating pressures of up to 1800 bar.
-
Aquarex® tank cleaning devices for cleaning different tank and vessel designs. Highly integrated and specially adapted to the individual conditions on site.
-
With the help of the centralizer, rotor jets with extension pipes are drawn centrally into the pipe to be cleaned.
-
When combined with the guide sled, Aquamat® tank cleaning units can be used for pipe cleaning. They move forward in the pipe automatically thanks to an additional kick plate.
-
The sled can be adapted according to different pipe diameters. It centers the rotor jet securely in the pipe to be cleaned.
-
Equipment for internal cleaning of pipes with diameters of 70 mm and up.
-
Nozzle holders fitted with nozzle inserts for cleaning heavily soiled pipes with hard deposits. For use in connection with rotary drive systems.
-
Nozzle inserts are found in virtually all water tools and can be configured optimally for the respective application thanks to their individual designs and materials.
-
The Pipemaster is a manually operated rotary drive system for high-pressure hoses.
-
Personal protective equipment plus hose protection and fasteners for guns and lances.
-
Pointing the nozzle bores in different directions gives the nozzle (which does not rotate on its own) its cleaning effect. The nozzle can be optionally driven into the pipe.
-
Suitable for use with mechanically driven cleaning devices for cleaning partially blocked pipes, boilers and smokestacks.
Rotor jets for pipe cleaning
-
Turbojets have a nozzle body that rotates at high speed and prevents “striping” inside the pipe. The rotation of up to 20,000 rpm is effected by the recoil force of the jets.
